The chiller is the heart of a building's cooling system. We measure and check the compressor, condenser and evaporator, and fix faults before they become major failures.
About the service
Business centres, hotels, shopping centres and industrial sites are usually cooled by a central chiller system. When one unit stops in such a system, the whole building stops.
Ecozen engineers work with air- and water-cooled chillers with screw, scroll and centrifugal compressors. After every service visit we provide a written report with measurements and recommendations.

Questions
When does a chiller need servicing?
At least before the summer season starts, in April–May. For heavily loaded sites we recommend a second check mid-season.
Does topping up refrigerant solve the problem?
Only temporarily. If refrigerant is low, there is a leak. We find and repair the leak first, then recharge.
Replace an old chiller or repair it?
We calculate energy use, repair history and spare-part availability, and give you a written price for both options.
