VRF installation and fresh-air ventilation for a 120-room hotel.
Duct systems and extraction
Ventilation systems
From offices to restaurant kitchens, from warehouses to underground car parks — we calculate air exchange, install the system and keep it running.
About the service
Proper ventilation removes humidity, odours and carbon dioxide. Over time ducts fill with dust and grease, creating both hygiene and fire-safety risks.
At the design stage we calculate air exchange to the standards; during operation we clean ducts and balance the system.
What we check during service
- Air duct cleaning
- Grease filters in kitchen extraction
- Fan vibration and noise check
- Airflow at grilles and diffusers
- Testing fire and smoke dampers
- Underground car park ventilation
- Duct insulation and joints
- Air balance between rooms

Questions
When should restaurant kitchen ducts be cleaned?
Ducts carrying greasy air should be cleaned every 3–6 months depending on use. This matters for fire safety.
The ventilation is noisy — what can be done?
The cause is usually an unbalanced fan, worn bearings or high air velocity in the duct. We measure the noise source and propose a fix.
Do you design systems for new buildings?
Yes. We prepare working drawings with air-exchange calculations, duct routing and equipment selection.
